KeyDash Locksmith LLC runs this website. This page explains what happens to information about you when you visit it or get in touch with us.
What this website collects
Nothing. There is no contact form, no account, no newsletter, no shopping basket and no tracking or advertising code on this site. We do not set cookies and we do not build a profile of you.
Like every website, the server that hosts these pages keeps short technical logs of requests (address of the page, time, browser type, IP address). Those logs exist to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to identify anybody.
What we collect when you contact us
When you call, text or email us you give us the details the job needs. Usually that is:
- your name and phone number
- where the car or the door is
- what happened, and what the vehicle or lock is
- for car keys, proof that the vehicle is yours, which we check and do not keep
We use those details to get to you, do the work and follow up about that job. We do not sell them, rent them out or pass them to anybody for marketing.
Who else can see it
Only the people who need it to do the job: our technicians, and the services we use to run the business, such as our phone carrier and our email provider. We share information with anybody else only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept for as long as we need them for the work, for warranty questions and for tax and accounting rules. After that they are deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (206) 589-1002 or email KeyDashLocksmithService@gmail.com and we will deal with it.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
