When can you get to me?
Call with your address and we give you an arrival time on the phone, based on where the nearest technician is at that moment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, card, Apple Pay and Venmo. You get the price before any work starts, and you pay when the job is done, not before.
Can you make a car key if I lost all of them?
Yes. We cut and program a new key at the car, with no tow and no trip to a dealer.
Do I need a new lock, or just a rekey?
If the lock works and you only want the old keys to stop working, a rekey is the smaller job and the lock stays on the door. A new lock is for damage, wear, or a different type of key. We will tell you which one your door needs.
Do you come to the car, or do I bring it to you?
We come to the car: driveway, car park, street or workplace.
How much does it cost?
Every job is different, so the price is given on site, not over the phone. On a car we check the vehicle and connect the programmer; on a door we look at the lock. You get the price before any work starts, and the work begins only once you agree to it.
Do you work at night and at weekends?
Yes. The phone is answered 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
